Williams railways review to look at ‘all options’

Shropshire baby deaths: Review cases rise to 215

A review into mother and baby deaths at two NHS hospitals has now identified more than 200 cases, after being widened for a third time. Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust said 215 families had come forward alleging maternity errors. The independent review, commissioned by Jeremy Hunt in 2017, was initially focussed on 23 deaths.
